MapleGold is a social networking service that allows Members to create unique personal profiles online in order to find and communicate with fellow maplers. MapleGold in good faith will pay for your participation. MapleGold reserves the right to refuse payment if any of the terms or rules set by the MapleGold Admins are not followed accordingly.

This Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement") sets forth the legally binding terms for your use of the MapleGold Services. By using the MapleGold Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. The term "User" refers to a Visitor or a Member.

MapleGold may modify this Agreement from time to time. You agree to be bound to any changes to this Agreement when you use the Services after any such modification is posted. It is therefore important that you review this Agreement regularly to ensure you are updated as to any changes.

MapleGold reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject, refuse to post or remove any posting (including private messages) by you, or to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or any part of the Services offered, at any time, for any or no reason, with or without prior notice, and without liability.

If your account is terminated, you acknowledge that all past, future, and current earnings will be forfeited. MapleGold reserves the right to remove your profile and/or restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to any or all parts of MapleGold Services if it is determined, in its sole discretion, that you have broken these terms, the forums rules or pose a threat to its Users.
